Total Construction Training is looking for a part-time administrator to add to our growing team. With two training centres locally in Bromsgrove and Astwood Bank, Redditch we run health and Safety courses for the Construction and Waste Industries. The role is to assist the management in the running of the busy training centres. The current hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4 PM. As time goes on, we may be able to offer additional hours.

Job Role:
Office Admin

Compiling Training/Test Packs.
Registering and resulting of learners on awarding body platforms.
Ordering of learner cards/certificates.
Keeping learner records up to date on CRM system.
Sending out cards/certificates in post.
Maintain the centre cleanliness.

Operations:

Weekly emails to instructors with jobs for following week.
Working with instructors to keep training materials up to date.
Assisting to keep training centre operational.
